More concrete we support any kind of organisation (practitioners, startups, SMEs, big companies) in the development and the certification of their medical technologies.
In a nutshell:
In order to support our team in their daily activities, we are looking for an Administrative Support.
The job is located in Brussels for an open-ended period, to be filled immediately.
Ready ?
Practically, what will you do?
Support the Director and other C-levels with their administrative tasks (calendar, mails, travels)
Plan and book trips for the team
Organize meetings from A to Z (logistics, welcome, meeting minutes)
Write and keep up-to-date documents
Translate documents (FR EN NL)
Review layouts and create new documents (Word, PowerPoint)
Welcome new employees (welcome, visit of the premises, follow-up on paperwork)
Make sure the office is clean, tidy up and functional
Deal with the building administrator and other suppliers
Order supplies, coffee, …
Maintain the two pool cars in service (plan servicing, …)
Follow up on the IT equipment (deal with the IT responsible, order new equipment, …)
Welcome visitors
Answer the phone
Deal with in and out mailings and shipments
Maintain the training plan with team leaders
Search for appropriate trainings, take care of registrations, apply for subsidies and follow up
Take care of the well-being of the team (plan activities like workshops, afterworks, teambuildings)
Organize the move of the company to new premises from A to Z (by Dec 31, 2024)
In order to fulfill your mission, you will need:
A proving experience in a similar job
Be trilingual (French, English and Dutch), written and verbal
Strong communication skills
Work efficiently (time management, priority management, meeting deadlines) and easily juggle multiple projects and responsibilities
Be discret and respect the confidentiality of the data processed
Be able to work autonomously, to take initiatives and to bring forward proposals
Want to help others, like contacts, be a good listener
Want to take an active part in the management of the company and therefore contribute to its success (team development and business growth)
Excellent knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Be at ease with IT (be able to work on Mac)
Driving license
🌳 We are looking for someone with a proven experience in order to support our colleagues in an efficient and professional way.
Our offer
Salary range and other benefits:
Based on your skills and seniority, you can expect a monthly gross salary within 2.800 euros and 3.500 euros.
In addition you will get meal vouchers (8 euros/day), a supplemental health insurance (DKV Belgium) and a complementary pension.
Public transport costs are fully covered and you will get compensated for the usage of your own car.
In addition to 20 legal days off, you will get 2 extra days and up to 5 seniority days.
