COVARTIM is a Belgian engineering company fully focusing on the development of medical devices, IVD medical devices and medical software. The company is based in Brussels and in Liège and is active in BeNeLux, France and the US.
COVARTIM was founded in 2016 by Kyun Thibaut, currently Managing Director. After graduating in Mechanical Engineering and working in several Medical Devices companies for more than a decade (minimally invasive cardiac surgery, ENT, orthopaedics, interventional cardiology) Kyun gave free reins to his entrepreneurship and launched COVARTIM. His goal was to help entrepreneurs and SMEs develop their medical solutions and put them on the market by providing a full-service offering ranging from R&D to very specific RA-related issues.
By supporting Belgian MedTech companies, Kyun and his team have been determined to take part in the blossoming of the industry in our country.
At COVARTIM we are driven by our passion for Medical Technologies. All our team members have a background in the Medical Devices field and are always eager to learn more. In addition to our daily business, we participate in many events in order to remain as close as possible to the industry and its challenges but especially its actors and their needs. We also like hosting our own events in order to strengthen ties among the Belgian MedTech community or make our industry and its values known among a wider audience.
At COVARTIM we commit ourselves to help the MedTech industry foster medical innovation and improve health care.
